Amy Miko strives to ensure that necessary precautions are taken to prevent the spread of infection and maintain the health and well-being of clients and the broader community.
Amy Miko is vaccinated and will not attend the clinic when unwell.
When accessing face-to-face services, you will be asked to comply with government directives around COVID-19. Please also understand that you may be asked to produce confirmation of COVID-19 vaccination before services are provided.
While masks will be worn by Amy Miko and clients in accordance with Victorian government guidelines, clients can opt to wear a mask at any time. Clinic rooms will be cleaned regularly and disinfected between sessions as necessary. Hand sanitiser will be available in clinic rooms.
Clients accessing the clinic must agree to notify Amy Miko if they have tested positive for COVID-19 before their appointment, to not attend the clinic whilst knowingly having COVID-19, and to ensure they produce a negative result before attending their next scheduled appointment.
If a COVID directive prevents you from attending the practice outside of 48 hours of your appointment time, you will not be charged if your appointment cannot be converted to Telehealth.
If a COVID directive prevents you from attending the practice within 48 hours of your appointment time, the cancellation policy will apply if you decline an offer for your appointment to be converted to Telehealth.
