Where possible, Amy Miko has minimised the collection of data and data usage for site users.
If Amy Miko discovers that information has been provided by someone under the age of 18, the information will be deleted immediately and the individual will be notified that a parent or guardian will need to make the initial enquiry. Clinical Consent Information
A comprehensive clinical consent form will be provided to all individuals prior to accessing services. Clinical consent forms outline your rights as a client, the rights of your psychologist, how private information is stored, any limits to confidentiality, fee information and cancellation policy information.
